How do you manage all your content ideas?

I feel like my brain’s constantly buzzing with random content ideas; captions, reels, video hooks, post concepts and I end up losing half of them because I never note them down properly😅

I’ve tried using Notes, Notion, Google Docs… even physical notebooks. But either things get too messy, or I forget to check them later.

So I’m curious how do you organize and keep track of your content ideas? Do you have a system for it (like specific folders, categories or templates) or do you just jot things down wherever and hope you’ll remember?

Would love to hear what actually works for you in the long run.
