2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts dates just dropped – here's what sensory-friendly families need to know
Hey parents!
If you've got a little artist or Broadway fan in your family, EPCOT's Festival of the Arts is worth checking out. The 2026 dates are January 17 – February 23.
Here's what makes it different from other EPCOT festivals:
The good stuff:
- Disney on Broadway concerts (included with park admission)
- Interactive art activities kids can actually do
- Food booths with smaller portions (easier for picky eaters to try new things)
- Art displays all around World Showcase
- Paint-by-number murals, chalk art, and hands-on stations
Sensory stuff to know:
- The concerts get loud and crowded (but they're only 15-20 minutes)
- Figment's Brush with the Masters scavenger hunt is a calmer activity
- Mornings are quieter if your kid needs less stimulation
- Food booths are outdoors, so less overwhelming than sit-down restaurants
My take: This festival feels more interactive than Food & Wine. If your kid loves art class or music, they'll probably enjoy it. If crowds are hard, go early or skip the concert times.

Anyone been to this festival before? What did your kids think?
