How do I include a community college at which I took pre-requisite classes on my resume?

I decided to switch careers and I'm applying to school soon. I had to take a handful of pre-requisite courses before I could apply (29 credits). My classes don't amount to a degree program or major, so how I list my attendance on a resume? Do I include the specific classes, or just that I attended from 2024-2025? (I'm not sure if it's relevant, but I'm applying to a nursing program and my bachelor's degree is in the social sciences. Bachelor's was completed in 2020.)

Thank you in advance!
