How do deal with cheaters ?

Ok in brief, some of my known people are fck cheaters, like they have there own group, my roommate is also it's part. Bro, they cheated in hackathon and still qualified to next round 🥲, then in midsem they did the same and got above avg marks, in lab exam too, they copied from copilot and marked there sheet with red pens, and again got full, now in assignments too they just generate it from ai in some handwriting font, and it got accepted. Thing is that it keeps on happening near me and it's quite demotivating like you are working your ass off and some people are there just through shortcuts and problem is system also rewards them, one of them is a web dev head in a club, guy can't even make matrix 😭,

Just wanted to rant and if possible tell me what can I do to be sane in mind.
