Bugged Quests

Has anybody else encountered an issue where completed quests are missing? I’m 4 side quests from completing all of them and Breeding Daisies and Whack-a-Thresher aren’t showing in my completed quests or as available to pick up or replay. I’m fairly certain breeding daisies was one of the first quests I did, but now I’m stuck without a way to redo the quest.
