Undervolting Intel Core i9 14900HX on MSI Raider G78HX 14V

Hello everyone, I want to make an undervolt for my processor. I have an MSI Raider G78HX 14V with an Intel Core i9 14900HX, and I think it should lower the temperature, because under load it constantly reaches 90-96 degrees. I have already cleaned it and replaced the thermal paste, before that the temperatures were up to 95-98. (The laptop is less than a year old, and the factory thermal paste was not very good).

I watch a lot of videos and read articles, but I haven't found a precise guide. Maybe someone here can help.

I understand that this can be done through the BIOS.

But maybe there is a simpler and safer option, such as Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility, if possible.

But first, if you do undervolting through the BIOS and the system crashes, you can restore it through the BIOS, but if you do it through Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility, how will it work then?

P.S.: I saw a thread on this topic a year ago, maybe there will be more answers now.
