Hlr sleep apnea denied.

I’ve been battling the secondary sleep apnea fight. Today I was denied in my hlr decision. My records review and opinion examiner was someone named Ann Alvarez. I read reviews that she denies most of the claims that come her way. Mine included of course.

I called ves and the Va before she viewed my case and asked for a different examiner. It fell on deaf ears.

What can I do from here? How do I get the Va to send this to a different examiner, even tho the decision has already been made to deny me again? If it’s a lost cause the it is what it is. But I would feel better to take this loss if another examiner reviewed my case.
