How to start as a Copy writer

I am from Pakistan. I have seen so many people doing good on upwork. Obviously they've worked hard for it. But I have failed to attract any client as of yet. I need serious suggestions on how to get a client. As a copy writer what must I place in my profile and how should I approach potential clients. Also any courses I should do or mention in my profile. Or what time is the best to check for the client availability.

I really need to do this please any guidance would be appreciated.
