Affordable Good Quality Jewelers

Im looking for some good quality jewelers in CT, specifically that sell picture lockets. I’ve been shopping around but Im afraid of getting fake gold/silver since I don’t intend to take this necklace off. Im from southern CT but Im willing to travel anywhere.
