My Pixel 6a is not eligible with no reason provided

My phone periodically prompts me with this battery issue crap and my battery capacity is drastically reduced. The battery has 532 cycles currently. So I followed the link provided in the battery settings to the support page and registered for compensation. Today I got an email from Google saying my phone doesn't fulfill the requirements for their battery program. No further explanations were given. I'm pretty frustrated. The battery capacity of my phone is laughable and the reoccurring prompt to go for Google's battery program is like a punch in the face. Did anyone also experience a rejection and knows why?
