Supervisa- Medical exam

Hi,

Quick question, my parents have booked medical exam appointment for tomorrow in India. While booking appointment it asked to bring COVID vaccine certificate which my parents can't locate.

Has someone recently got this exam and does it seriously require certificate to sit for medical exam?
