Host Not Responding

They haven’t confirmed my license, haven’t sent check-in instructions and aren’t responding to my messages and my trip started an hour ago. Luckily I don’t like totally need the car today and I’ve not left my hotel to go to the car for fear that I’ll just be stranded there waiting forever but what do I do if this continues?
