depressed after injecting.

Has anyone else experienced this? I moved up to 5mg maybe 6 or 7 weeks ago (I’m not 100% sure) every time I take the dose for 2-4 days after I feel extremely depressed and lethargic. I took a 10 day break from mounjaro and have just taken the lower 2.5mg dose yesterday and feel fine so far, the depression usually kicks in straight away. I’m just curious if this is a common side effect or something others have experienced.

I would love the appetite suppression of the higher doses but I am worried to move up again if it just leaves me feeling so terrible. 2.5mg seems to be working well for me today which I’m surprised at because I thought it would be less effective since I’ve been on the higher dose for so long, but I will need to see how the rest of the week goes.
