Does anyone know how to fix Pokémon Legends: z-a RYUBING CANARY g Invalid memory access?

I've been having problems with the game. When I start the game, it's all ok at first, but after a few minutes pass, it crashes and it says "g Invalid memory access etc...." and I try everything online to do it fix this, but no matter what, it still crashes after a few minutes and says g Invalid memory access What do I do?
