Desperately trying to find a specific Teto meme

I'm kinda at my wits end so I'm sounding the alarm off and making a post here to see if I can find it. I remember once seeing a meme on Twitter where it's Teto jorking her shit (not in view but there were obvious slapping noises and hand movements) and then she splurted on the screen going "aaaaaaaaaaa" in her Vsynth voice

Does ANYONE here have it because I cannot find it for the life of me 😭
