Manager rant

Hello everybody I’ve been working at Asda for 1 year a new deputy manager has come and recently some items on the pick were nilled as they weren’t on the shelve my manager infront of people shouted at me and said I nilled them on purpose I don’t understand if they aren’t on the shelves is that my problem?
