AIO gf missing for 3 days very little communication

I’m not good. at this kind of thing but I’ll try my best. My gf is a bartender she usually comes home around 2:30am from work. The other night she crawled into bed like any other night and I didn’t think anything of it until she mentioned a friend drove her around for 2 hrs while she was crying. I could’ve sworn she said it was a gf of hers but I could be wrong, she also wouldn’t tell me why she was upset just that she was sad.

The next day I went to visit my gf at her bar but before I could get to her a mutual friend asked if I knew how she got home last night? I said who I thought it was and he told me differently. When my gf came up to me I asked right away who drive her home and at first she gave me a generic answer but told the truth. I brushed her off and left shortly after. I should point out I left with her jacket that she handed me and unknowingly had her phone in the pocket. I brought it back right away when I realized it.

I admittedly said some things I shouldn’t have but I was really upset at the time. I told her she can still come home but I needed space. The first night she ended up staying at a friends house that I knew. The next 2 night she has been staying in a town 30 minutes away where I am unaware of anyone she knows. I’ve asked numerous time where she’s at and she will not give me a real answer and just tells me she needs space. I have texted her maybe 5 times the last 2 days asking where she’s at and to please come home.

The few people who are aware of the situation have said she’s digging her own grave and I should end the relationship but I don’t want to do that. I know I could have handled things better but I don’t think this is fair to me.
