Need some tips about da boy

Ok so I recently decided to build 4 stars to help me clear theater or just for fun, and now its Sethos' turn

I've seen some teams but can't decide, I've seen this one thats sounds good to me

For characters, I just don't have Ineffa, I do have Lauma, baizhu fishcl ororon etc, just can't do lunarcharged

For weapons, I only have thundering pulse in 5* bows so I gave him Slingshot

For artifacts, WT ofc

Also, he's C3 as of rn
