Another update on 22nd September BIO, Outside UK, Priority (delay)

Well now I am worried and frustrated....

Priority Spouse Visa application from The Netherlands

• Applied 18th September
• BIO 22nd September
• ECO 23rd September
• Request for additional information 25th October
• Additional information sent 25th October
• "We are unable to make a decision on your application within published visa processing times" email on 28th October

Married for 10 years, lived together for 15 years including 3 years in the UK (pre-Brexit). It's so annoying.
