False Ban on 19 Year Account

Today I woke up to find my 19-year-old account that I play on regularly was permanently banned due to macroing on OSRS. The worst offense I had prior was a mute 18 years ago. It's maxed in RS3, and I play it daily on OSRS to flip on the GE. That is literally all I do on it. I flip while at work and use the cash to fund my OSRS main (usually AFKing my main at work as well).

I don't have a single fucking clue why it would get banned and I'm honestly devastated. Not only does it have most of my wealth, but that's the account I started as a kid and maxed in RS3 before I moved over to OSRS. And to get a perm ban on the first "offense"? What the hell does Jagex think my account was doing?

It was not compromised - 2FA is enabled and no login attempts were made. It has only ever been accessed on my laptop (primarily), desktop (occasionally), and mobile from time to time.

Worst yet, I can't even appeal. The form doesn't work, and their chat bot won't load either. I tried on both machines. Best I could do was just post at Jagex support on X. If any mod comes across this, can we please review this? I'll share my IGN, and I'll try to submit an appeal as soon as it lets me. Or even an explanation? A 19-year account with no real priors getting banned after legitimate, daily play is insane to me.

Anyone have experience with this type of instance and know what the best way to get the attention of a mod would be? Thanks.
