i cant work rookie no moar, help.

i dont know if im even using rookie right, i have no idea what half of the things im seeing mean, honestly my friend originally taught me how but it was complicated, now when i try to use it to download a game i get hit with this.

i had the game downloaded before but something went wrong and it stopped working so i deleted it and tried to redownload it but now im getting hit with this error code.

and ive used rookie before to download things and it still seems to work fine for updates i needed but i cant download games i dont think, does any1 know how to help me
