Wanted some insight on delivery timelines

I ordered a loq 2025 on 22nd october , and till now i havent really received any updates from Lenovo.

the free bag was delivered on 24th , but since then even after asking them everyday , they don't have any real updates. The website is also stuck on "order received " status , while i've started seeing posts about people who ordered on the same getting emails about billing or their status being updated to "pending customs".
while my expected shipping date has changed from 29nov >>11 nov>>9dec

now i know it is impatient of me and i should expect a 1 month timeline, but i would really like if i knew or atleast had a clue about what is happening behind the scenes .
also im a bit scared as its not a small amount of money invested.

i someone could share their timeline about in how many days what changed and what updates they received on what days, it would help me on managing my expectations.

if any one is interested in specs ill list them down
