Why is the Tornado ASSTA 3 a thing?

So why excatly is the new Tornado for Germany a thing, because we already have a fictional Tornado the ASSTA 1 which gets ordanance it cannot carry since only the ASSTA 3 can and even the mod is called so.

And now we get another fictional Tornado since Germanys Tornados cant use the Brimstones only the British can. The german Tornado only uses the AGM-88B HARM.
