Milgard window warranty/repair; how long did it take for your repairs?

Hello. I am the original owner of my Milgard windows and I'm in the middle of selling my home. In California.

Home inspection said half my windows have a "compromised" seal causing moisture between the window panes.

It appears I am covered under the lifetime warranty. I already made a service request online and got a tech appointment set, but it's three weeks out for just the tech to come and verify the warranty and work. That's half way through the escrow period already. It seems the availability to have the repairs done after the tech approves the work can be a lengthy wait too.

I'm just curious for any people who got repairs done through the Milgard warranty, after the tech approved the work, how long did it take for the repairs to be completed?? I feel like any repairs we need won't occur until after escrow closes.....
