Can't log on without phone, arrggh!!!

I gave Personal Capital/Empower a google voice number and it expired back in 2023. Well, I can't log in now without either having them text or call me. Neither works. Any ideas?

I'd gladly pay a service that worked and worked well. I don't need a financial advisor.
