Feedback on the Stepping Stones Group
Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been accepted as an Associate Clinical Supervisor with an organization affiliated with The Stepping Stones Group! This will be my first supervisory position as I complete my remaining unrestricted hours toward BCBA certification.
The position seems like a great fit — I’ll be starting with a manageable caseload (8–10 clients), with gradual increases as the program grows. It’s a hybrid model offering PTO, benefits, 401(k), and other supports through the regional center.
That said, I’d love to hear from anyone who has worked with this organization (or similar agencies) about your experience regarding mentorship and clinical support. I’ll be working alongside one in-person BCBA and several RBTs, while the regional managers and clinical directors will primarily provide virtual supervision and oversight.
During the interview process, I emphasized that mentorship and hands-on training are essential for me at this stage in my professional development — especially as I work to meet the unrestricted task requirements for BCBA certification.
If anyone has insight on the support structure, training systems, or general experiences with The Stepping Stones Group or its affiliates, I would be so grateful for your feedback. Constructive advice is always appreciated — thank you in advance for sharing your wisdom!
