Campervan potential purchase on Auto Trader - advice needed

Hi folks
First time poster and first time camper-van potential purchaser!

I'm looking at this Ford Freda on Autotrader, it looks really good, good vehicle history, not too bad mileage etc. Wanted to ask is there anything I should look out for or ask the seller before I get serious about buying?

Thanks in advance!
