What are the best dance bars out there to take longtime girlfriend?

Girlfriend and I are in our late 30’s. We’ve gone out a several nights downtown looking for a bar to dance like we are 22 again, but never find anywhere. Closest we get is there’s always some crappy DJ playing EDM covers. Not really our scene. Are there Any bars that have a good dancefloor and have music that’s not just constant bass drum? Maybe plays music before 2020?
