Quick turn contract review resources? [TX][SFH]

We are going to replace our manager before bills go out in December. I contacted our lawyer about reviewing the contract, but got no response. If anyone has a recommendation of a way yo quickly just check for clauses that aren't legal or contain "gotchas", I would appreciate it.

I see services like this loftlegal.com, but IDK if they're trustworthy.
