Overheating issue after ppi

Hello, I have a 2018 Cayman S, manual, 13k miles. I bought it about 6 weeks ago I believe. A week ago I got it to the Porsche dealership to have them look through it. They said everything looked great except for the first owner didn't do the 4-year service. Took the car home and didn't drive it again till this morning to go to my appointment for the 4 year service.

I knew something was up when I started driving. After a few minute warm up it was still blowing ice cold. Within 5 minutes. It was telling me to pull over. So I did, let it rest for 10 minutes. I crunk it back up and it immediately started blasting hot air and the temperature was a steady 194.

Once I got to the dealership you could smell coolant outside the car. My question is, is it possible something was done during the PPI that could cause the issue? It seems odd that the last time I drove it, the Porsche place said it looked great and now it's overheating with a coolant smell. TIA
