Best Way to Update System Drivers - Yoga Pro 9

New to the Yoga Pro. Is it best to let the Vantage app determine whether or not there are system updates, or is it best to go the Lenovo site and check the list under Manual Update? Vantage says that there are no updates for me, but there are a bunch at the Lenovo site.

Any advice on this?
