not always digestive problems when eating gluten?

heya! so i am still trying to figure out what i have. i thought maybe celiac disease but i noticed that i dont always have digestive problems when eating gluten. due to my financial situation and mental health i still eat gluten but reduced it. and its always in constant change. im fine for 2-3 days and dont have to go to the toilet and then hell breaks lose. is that normal for celiac disease?
