Chrome and tin pink help

:snoo_shrug: Question! :snoo_shrug:

I used two different tin chrome recipes. One gave a gray and the other a faint pink. They were supposed to give a faint pink and a red, respectively. A wollastonite I was using had magnesium contamination, which, according to Tony Hansen, is detrimental. I only used it in the recipe that gave gray. However, the UMF of the recipe that gave pink already indicated some magnesium. I used a kiln cycle up to 1245°C with a 1-hour cooling cycle from 1210°C to 1100°C, then turned it off. Any tips for making these glazes work?
