Right now in the process of receiving an OL from Samsung noida. What could be the expected compensation from Samsung Noida. Any insights on work culture.

•⁠ ⁠Current Comp ~26(all fixed)

•⁠ ⁠Number of round taken for interview - 1 (kinda surprised)

What can I expect from SRIN in terms of compensation. The HR said that they want to maintain fairness in terms of compensation among all peers of similar experience level.

Also can anyone working there pls shed some light on the work culture/wlb also what type of work do you do is it redundant or challenging.
