How do I go about buying stuff online with my discount?

Hey guys I’ve recently been trying to buy some items online using my employee discount. I’ve tried putting my code where you put the promo codes and that doesn’t work and when I try using my code for gift cards it doesn’t work either since it doesn’t give you an option. Is there other ways I can use my code or what am I doing wrong?
