Help finding a couch

I have a small apartment to myself with a combined kitchen/living room area and am struggling to find a couch that fits but is also comfortable. If anyone could recommend brands that meet the following requirements I’d really appreciate it:

• Corner sectional, preferably. I’m open to the sections being different lengths, but don’t want any section to be longer than 80-82 inches
• Seats at least 3 people
• I want the company to have a physical location in NYC or Brooklyn, so I can try out the couch in person
• I’d like it to have an olive green color, but it’s not a must
• I move a lot and have no idea if I’ll stay at my current place for over a year, so I’d like something easy to take apart and move
• Don’t have pets yet, but thinking of getting a puppy or adult cat
• Willing to splurge up to $5,000, but I prefer to stay below that, if possible

I’m leaning towards Lovesac, but haven’t seen the best reviews about the comfort/durability. Hoping to try one out in person soon, but wanted ideas of other brands to look at
