Island Choices 2026

Hi there! My boyfriend and i are trying to plan a 7 day island trip for next year. We're both Greek so we're no strangers to a true authentic experience. He has never been to an island before. I've been to quite a few. He is looking for the insane beaches (Milos style). He ranked his preferences in order of beaches, food and views. I don't really have a preference, I just want his first experience to be good.

Some options I've considered:
- Milos & folegandros
- Naxos & Koufounisia
- Milos & Sifnos

I've been to Milos, Paros, Ios, Folegandros, Crete, Hydra and Spetses. I don't at all mind going to any of them again. I don't know why but I am not fully sold on going to Naxos so opinions on that would be greatly appreciated. Any recommendations welcome.
