Henry for Dowdle trade accepted today

My brother added some friends to our league so we could go from 8 man to 10 this season. Brother received Derrick Henry for Rico Dowdle in a trade today with one of these friends.

Questionable enough to veto? Leaning toward no, but a league mate messaged me thinking it was sus.

Brothers team needs RBs, lost skatt and Conner already this year. Friends team did not set lineup last week and is 2-6.
