Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at 41 Chenango St starting January through May 2026 (you can move in as early as December if you’d like).

It’s a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment — you’d get your own private furnished room.
Rent is $750/month, and that includes Wi-Fi, electricity, heat/AC, and water (no extra bills!).
