Looking for ghost haunting (not hunting) game(s)

I'm looking for ghost haunting (not hunting) games where you play as a ghost trying to scare off others, regular people, ghost hunters and the like. Mostly I need single player games, so please don't suggest multiplayer PvP games where you can ALSO play as the ghost, as I don't really have anyone to play them with (I bought Phasmophobia to play with friends three years ago and never even managed to open it) I don't mind something more chill and relaxed, like a simulator, I'm open to suggestions in this regard.
