Real estate advisory in indore

Hi guys, I am 33M and I am researching an business idea. It is about Fee only real estate business.

What I mean by that is, instead of taking commission from builders for selling their property we will take a fixed fee from customer and help them do these things

• data driven negotiation with builder
• All legalities check
• Quality check

So all in all, we will work purely on behalf of customers and not builders.

I want to talk real-estate folks here about this. Also do you it will work ?
