Just got wrongly banned for using prohibited hardware.

I contacted Pubg support but they said there is nothing they can do for me. I dont think its coincidence that this came after I was getting stream sniped and reported a whole squad for killing us three ranked games in a row. Anybody else get banned like this? Is there nothing I can do?
