Structural Technician in Québec seeking advice to become a Construction Project Manager

I currently work as a structural technician in a precast wood company in Québec City. I have a master’s degree in architecture from Algeria, but it is not recognized here to work as an architect.

I want to move into a construction project manager role, and I am looking for advice on:

• Which courses or certifications are most valued in Québec
• How to leverage my technical experience and unrecognized architecture degree
• Recommendations for online courses in French or other suitable training for a professional already working full-time
