[Question] SRPE93 Authenticity?

Purchased this off eBay from Ivyleague watches. it came in original box with all tags, came with a warranty card but wasn’t filled out. From what I can see it looks legitimate but I was curious if the bezel is supposed to as polished as this one appears to be. The seller was reputable and had many reviews but I know fakes are often hard to spot and seiko said they can’t determine authenticity off a serial number alone.
