Will i get punished for saying “let’s push B”?

I don’t even feel like saying good luck have fun in chat anymore. Some buddies i play with got punished for ridiculous chat messages and can’t access the new update to play with me now.

Is this a manual action or is there a very bad AI bot doing all this? And do appeals actually help if it happens to me?
