Any help would be appreciated

Ive had dizziness, vertigo, ba ck pain stick neck, headaches, loss of hearing in a ear thst will last months then go back to normal. Also get numbing sensation in my fingers. 

Ive been dealing with this for a years. At first they said it meneires an then it got worse an worse. It would go away for a year then come back usually when fall for a few months. 

About 2 years ago they ran mri, catscan  lood tests, hearing tests, blew air in my ears did other stuff, spun me in chairs an other tests that tried to make me dizzy. They couldnt. It went away an they just basically said oh well. 

Now 2 years later it came back a few weeks ago when the season changed. Same shit less vertigo this time but they are sending me to a neurologist. 

So I have no idea whats going on. It has ruined parts of my life and im back to being scared. 

Also dizziness only comes from moving my head a certain direction, an sometimes when I tilt my head I feel a light headed rush.

I dont want to keep putting my family through this.

Dr's just want to ignore me. I understand there's most likely no cure but a plan an some form of answer would be great
