Reading On Virtue Ethics and have a question about ‘extreme act-deontology’, what is it?

I get deontology basically, and I get the categorical imperative basically, and I get means and ends basically, but I’ve never heard this term ‘extreme act-deontology’ and I’d like a brief explanation.
