Want to switch from console to pc

I need help regarding a new gaming laptop, my only requirement is that it runs guilty Gear Strive and SF6 with max settings and if it is possible it should not cost more than 1000€.

I have no idea which hardware is good and what is a realistic price so it would be very helpful if someone could help me.

Thanks in advance
