What to do?

LSAT 159 GPA 3.9 My two lsat scores have been nothing short of underwhelming and I’m having a hard time figuring out what range of schools to apply. Ideally, I would be happy attending a lower ranked school if they’d offer decent scholarship money as that’s my biggest concern but my softs are also incredibly average lol. Just wondering like what’s the best possible range with cost in consideration preferably in the Midwest.
