MRI found “some” Endometriosis

As the title says, i’ve been dealing with some issues lately and my PCP ordered an MRI. Results came back today that there was “some endometriosis on my left side”. I can’t get into my gynecologist until mid December, I was already planning on talking to her about my troubles TTC. Endo wasn’t even on my list of possibilities, and now I am just kind of in shock. What helped you when you first got diagnosed? What advice do you have to hold me over until mid December? What are some good things to talk to my doctor about? I’m so overwhelmed, any suggestions and advice is so appreciated
